The Web based client component will help in the dispatch process, where the call agent can visualize the location where the recovery service has to be rushed to and see those free towing vehicles belonging to the company within the immediate vicinity of the address. Further to this the call centre agent can see the vehicles at various zone levels. For an example the 1st zone could be 200 Mtrs radius, 2nd zone could be 400 Mtrs and likewise the user can see further zones. There will be a button provided in every vehicle, pressing & releasing the button will help in changing the status from “Free “ to “Busy”. The status of the vehicle will be shown in Green and Red respectively to show that they are busy or not.
